Postgraduate Information Evening

The Brief
Design signage and wayfinding for the Postgraduate Information Evening. The event will take place across three rooms in the Quadrangle.

The Solution
I worked closely with the Events team to design a colour-coded wayfinding system. I assigned yellow to the General Lecture Theatre and pink to the Seminar Room - checked their contrast on a colour blindness stimulator to ensure accessibility. For the faculty signage, I worked with existing colour associations for each faculty, and designed the corflutes, triframes and badges.

The Result
By colour-coding the wayfinding system, the floor decals made it easier and quicker to navigate the Quadrangle. As event attendees may be unfamiliar with the university grounds, this was especially important.
